At Aura Luxe, we are committed to offering authentic, high-quality luxury perfumes and a refined customer experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must remain in its original condition, with no signs of use, damage, or alteration.
  • Returns must be requested within the stated return window.

2. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately. In such cases, Aura Luxe will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. All shipping charges related to our error will be covered by us.

3. Exchange Requests

If you change your mind or wish to exchange your perfume for another fragrance, we will be happy to assist where possible, provided the original item remains unopened and eligible for return.

Please note that courier charges will apply for customer-requested exchanges.

4. Return Procedure

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery at auraluxescent@gmail.com and include your order number.
  2. Our team will review your request and confirm whether it qualifies for return or exchange.
  3. If approved, we will provide pickup or drop-off instructions.
  4. Once the item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we reserve the right to رفض returns of items that are:

  • Opened
  • Used
  • Altered
  • Damaged due to customer handling
  • Not in their original packaging

6. Final Note
