Welcome to Auraluxae.com, the official online boutique of Aura Luxe — your destination for authentic luxury perfumes in the UAE. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders across the UAE and selected GCC destinations.
1. Order Processing
Every order is handled with care to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GST) are usually processed within 12 hours.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed on the next business day.
- Customized gift sets and personalised orders may require 1–2 additional business days for preparation.
2. Delivery Timeframes Across the UAE
- Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman: typically delivered within 24–48 hours.
- Other Emirates and remote areas: typically delivered within 2–3 business days.
- Express Delivery: same-day or 12-hour delivery may be available in select Dubai zones, subject to courier availability.
Our courier partner may contact you prior to delivery to confirm address details and timing.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery
- Standard UAE Shipping: shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location.
- Free Delivery: available on qualifying UAE orders above AED 200.
- International / GCC Shipping: calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
4. International Delivery
We proudly ship to selected GCC destinations, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar. Delivery timelines typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to local taxes, duties, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Packaging & Handling
All orders are carefully inspected, securely sealed, and thoughtfully packaged to preserve product integrity and presentation. We use protective materials to ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition.
6. Delivery Accuracy
To avoid delays, please ensure that your mobile number, delivery address, and building details are entered correctly at checkout.
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect or incomplete details, re-delivery may be arranged and additional courier charges may apply.
7. Delays & Unforeseen Events
While we work with reliable logistics partners, delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, traffic disruptions, or courier network delays.
In such cases, Aura Luxe will support you with updates and coordination, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors.
8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the parcel and items received.

9. Order Tracking
